The Salem Woods neighborhood pool and clubhouse is located at 4609 Rothwell Court in the Salem Woods subdivision.  Clubhouse Rentals and Pool memberships are available.  Scroll for all information.

 

Pool membership forms are attached below for Residents and Non-residents who wish to join the pool in 2010.  Fees are as follows:

 

Resident Family Membership  $300 plus SWCA dues of $60.

Resident Single Adult  $175 plus SWCA dues of $60

Resident Single Senior (55 & up)  $100 plus SWCA dues of $60

Resident Senior Couple (Both 55 & up) $175 plus SWCA dues of $60

 

Non Resident Family Membership $365

Non Resident Single Adult $250

Non Resident Single Senior (55 & Up) $175

Non Resident Senior Couple (55 & up)  $250.00

 

 You can rent out the clubhouse year round.  The fee is:  $60.00.  If you are a paid SWCA Civic League member for the current yr. (2010) you may rent the clubhouse for free twice a year!

A $50 refundable deposit is required.  Drop your rental form off at the office Tues. Wed., Thurs. from 9 - 11:30 a.m. or call us at 495-4844.

From Lynnhaven Parkway, turn into Salem Woods onto Round Hill Drive. Take your second left onto Rothwell Drive. Rothwell Court is at the end of Rothwell Drive after crossing Harshaw Drive.
